We offer a number of common but not normally stocked shapes, cut to order.  Almost all of these are cut starting with a stocked shape, e.g.  a round cut into petals,  a square cut to an octagon, etc.   So when you  contact us   about such a shape, we will tell you which stock item to order as the base.  We will also tell you how many custom cut "units" to include in your order.  Each unit is $0.50.  The number of units required varies by the size and difficulty of the piece to cut.  

Please do not assume it is one special cut unit per item.   The amount of additional work needed can vary widely by shape.
